On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to cordially invite you to attend the 1st International Symposium on Deep Eutectic Solvents (ISYDES 2025), scheduled to take in place in Bari, Italy, from 3 to 6 June, 2025. Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) have emerged as a fascinating and promising area of research over the years, offering innovative solutions across a multitude of disciplines. From chemistry to materials science, engineering to organometallics, and expanding into fields such as extraction processes, analytics, medicine, pharmaceuticals, catalysis and electrochemistry, DES have increasingly drawn the attention of researchers and industry professionals alike.

Featuring the participation of world-leading scientists spanning diverse fields (from fundamental to applied chemistry), ISYDES aims to serve as a dynamic platform and catalyst for collaboration, fostering the exchange of ideas between academia and industry experts.
